What is your returns policy?
We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Simply Cowgirl Bling, so we offer no hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. Returns can be mailed to:

All returns and cancellations will be for store credit only.

All return packages must be received within 14 days of the date you receive the order.

Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.

Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not offer refunds to your card.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on jewelry, accessories, or sale items.

Discounts can not be applied to previously purchased items.
